Privacy
This is short, because we collect almost nothing.
When you use our contact form, you give us your work email, your message and, if you choose, a file. The form sends your message to us as an email. If you attach a file, it is saved with your enquiry in our Microsoft 365 environment inside the EU. Nothing is stored on the website itself. We use your information to answer your enquiry. Nothing else. No newsletters, no follow-up campaigns, no sharing with anyone.
Your enquiry ends up in our mailbox, which runs on Microsoft 365 inside the EU. We keep correspondence for as long as the dialogue or the customer relationship requires, then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
This website sets no cookies and shows no consent banner. We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool hosted in the EU, to count visits in aggregate: which pages get read and roughly where people arrive from. No personal data, no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles. We can see that people visit. We can't see who, and that's deliberate.
Under the GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@ilion.dk and it will be handled by the person who runs the company. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), but we'd appreciate the chance to fix things first.
