The big advisory firms put a partner in the first meeting and a junior on your case. At ilion, the person you meet is the person who does the work, so there's no handover for things to get lost in, and no overhead on the invoice.
Run on our own AI agents
A team of AI agents, built by us and hosted in our own private Azure environment, runs the business day to day. They do the routine work and flag anomalies, price changes and renewals worth acting on, which is why a quote comes back within one business day rather than three weeks, and why our prices are what they are. They don't change anything in your licensing on their own. The specialist makes the assessment and the recommendation, and carries the responsibility.
Your Microsoft environment stays yours. We work in it with delegated access that you control, and where the work involves personal data, the data processing agreement in our terms covers it.
How we make money
Resellers advise on the products they sell. We do too, with one difference: our income comes from advisory work, not from your license volume. Licenses are sold at cost plus 1%, and the 1% covers only billing errors and currency swings. So if buying less is the right answer, we'll tell you.
